John Rowdy Hibbs,46, of Providence, KY passed away at his home on Friday December 15, 2023.
John Rowdy was born on October 5, 1977, in Evansville, IN., the son of the late Mr. Jerry Thomas Hibbs and Mrs. Donna June Smith Hibbs.
John Rowdy had several interest in his life, he attended Rockstile Creek Church in Providence, he enjoyed playing his guitar, horseback riding, he was an all around cowboy from the time he could walk, and enjoyed dancing. He was a mechanic at DapCo, he enjoyed fishing, kayaking, riding 4 wheelers, but most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family, his friends, and being outdoors.
He is survived by his wife of 5 years, Lauren of Providence, KY; two sons, Cade Hibbs and Rowdy Thomas Hibbs both of Providence, KY; his sisters, Janell (Wayne) Rogers of Madisonville, KY; and Jera Kay Hibbs of Providence, KY; his in laws, Jeff and Carol Cunningham of Dawson Springs, KY,; his nieces, Lexie Howton, McKinley Howton, Megan (Chad) Audas, his nephews, Wesley (Audrey) Ipock, Maddox Starks, great nieces, Mckinley and Madison Audas, Atley Ipock.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday December 21, 2023, at 1:00PM with Bro. Brent Branson assisted by Bro. Nathan Bone officiating with burial to follow in the Beech Grove General Baptist Church Cemetery in Caldwell County.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday December 20, 2023, from 4:00PM until 7:00PM at Rockstile Creek Church in Providence, KY and from 10:00AM until the service hour on Thursday December 21, 2023, at the church.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made at Independence Bank to the John Rowdy Hibbs Memorial Fund for Cade and Rowdy Thomas Hibbs.
